The pioneer protocol is a collection of restful endpoints that provide a universal interface to any supported blockchain.

This includes

Goals of Protocol

• maintain High availability API's with redundant failovers
• provide geographically neutral and unbiased monitoring and reporting of readyness
• reward financially nodes with the least amount of failovers and treated reported readiness
